Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS: July 2026 market report (corrected)

The Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS reported 522 home sales in July 2026. The overall MLS HPI composite benchmark was $579,100, up 0.9% from July 2025.

The same CREA board publication reported 1390 new residential listings and 2307 active residential listings at the end of July. The average sold price was $541,019; this is a different measure from the HPI benchmark. Published months of inventory were 4.4.

These figures cover the board's MLS reporting population for July 2026, not a separate municipal sample or a current-month estimate. No month-over-month benchmark change or forecast is inferred.
