Use of the Service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and CREA DDF rules. We retain the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities conducted under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Listings and Attribution
Property data is sourced from CREA DDF and participating boards. Data is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Attribution requirements and copyrights apply.
REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® logo are certification marks owned by REALTOR® Canada Inc. and licensed to CREA. MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos are owned by CREA and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

By providing contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications. You can opt out at any time using included instructions.
Embeddable Widget and API
We provide a Market Stats Widget and public API that third parties may use to display real estate market data on their websites. By using the widget or API you agree to the following:
- The widget and API are provided free of charge for legitimate use on real estate websites.
- You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the widget code.
- You may not make excessive automated requests that degrade service performance.
- You may not misrepresent the data source or present the data as proprietary content.
- We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time.
