Haven't heard of Kenai Acres yet?!? This 660-square-foot cabin sits quietly among the trees at Kenai Acres Resort in Blairmore. It’s the end unit, and with no more building planned, the privacy here is hard to beat.Inside you’ll find one bedroom with a walk-in closet and full ensuite, plus a separate half bath. The finishes are higher-end than most people expect in a place this size; granite counters, a full-size gas range, and central air. The kitchen flows straight into the living area with a long eating bar, and the living room is already plumbed for a gas fireplace if you want to add one later. On-demand hot water, town water, and town sewer keep things simple year-round.Outside, two decks give you solid views. A driveway runs along the back of the unit, so you can park extra vehicles or drive right up to the main level without using stairs. The large basement has its own entrance and works equally well as a garage or as a future lounge or extra living space. The land lease is $650 a month on a 50-year renewable term. That single payment covers utilities, snow removal, property taxes, road maintenance, garbage, and gated security. No surprise bills, no multi-line utility statements; just straightforward mountain living with far lower annual costs than traditional ownership. This cabin is FULL of upgrades and special extras, including full sized stove, extra windows, ensuite, cantilever deck, mini split, boiler/furnace combo and more! (id:63357)
