Located on the Trinty Bay Highway though Dildo, close to all amenities. This bungalow is a handyperson's special. I cannot tell you much about the property except it appears to be a 2-bedroom home with a crawl space. Outside it appears in average condition and the electrical is still connected but not sure what the panel box is. At this point I have not been able to get inside the house because of debris however, the seller is having the house cleaned out. Right now, I would not recommend anyone enter the house because it is unsafe do the amount of personal stuff left behind. I assume the house is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with electric heating. I will update the information when I can get into the house. I am working on getting a land document for more accurate land size. This area is in a Local Service District where residents pay $400 per year and an additional fee of $225 per year to Eastern Waste Management for garbage collection.
