The composite benchmark price increased from $428,700 in August 2026 to $439,300 in September 2026, reflecting a year-over-year price change of 1.1%. On a year-to-date basis, home sales totaled 3,148 units over the first nine months of the year, a decrease of 2.6% from the same period in 2025. The dollar value of all home sales in September 2026 was $170.1 million, an increase of 4.7% from September 2025. Active residential listings numbered 2,093 units at the end of September 2026, down from 2,147 in August 2026.
