The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board totaled 181 units in June 2026. This was a modest decline of 1.1% (two sales) from June 2025.
Home sales were 2.4% below the five-year average and 6.9% below the 10-year average for the month of June.
On a year-to-date basis, home sales totaled 626 units over the first six months of the year. This was down sharply by 19.4% from the same period in 2025.
